We make every effort describing and photographing the fabrics. However, if you are not sure about color, please order swatches.
Please make sure you thoroughly check fabric description before ordering. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask us. You can use chat option, but if we not online at the moment, please leave your email, and we will write you.
TECHNICAL ERROR
If you add fabric in uneven number (for example 1.5 meter) and you will try pay with PayPal, you might get technical error message.
Please choose then payment by invoice, and when we will get your order we will send payment link through PayPal
Can I get your fabric samples?
Absolutely! You can order the samples.
We offer samples for specific fabric.
or you can purchase color card for out stone washed solid color linen.
Where are you located?
We are located in Lithuania (Europe). Lithuania is know for its premium quality linen, and in our shop you can find fabrics, yarns, ready items made from pure linen.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer worldwide delivery by partnering with trusted Express courier services to ensure every purchase gets to your doorstep safely.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost starts from 5eur and is depending from where you are located, weight of your order and economy or express option will be choosen. Shipping charges will be automatically counted at check out. So please put items in your cart and check shipping rates.
We offer economy (cheap but slow) and Express ( fast) shipping options.
How long will it take to get my purchase?
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. Shipping times vary from country to country, but rest assured we work our hardest to get your natural linen fabrics to you as quickly as possible. There also may be delays due to the customs procedures or the pandemic.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel an order so long as your fabric has not been cut. We apologize, but we cannot cancel the order of the already cut fabric. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, email us at lithuanianlinen.com@gmail.com to make a cancellation request. We will get back to you.
