Orders to the United States

As of August 29, a 15% tariff applies to all orders shipped to the United States.

All US orders are shipped under DDP (Delivery Duties Paid) terms. This means all duties and taxes are covered by us, and you will not be charged upon delivery.

Please note that due to changes in customs regulations, delivery times may occasionally be extended.

Taxes, Duties & Customs

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise below. We are unable to predict or control these charges and recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.

LithuanianLinen is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

United kingdom
Orders over £135 may be subject to taxes. Any applicable fees are covered by the addressee

Canada
Orders over 20 CAD may be subject to taxes. Any applicable fees are covered by the addressee.

Australia
Orders over 1000 AUD may be subject to taxes. Any applicable fees are covered by the addressee.

New Zealand
Duties and taxes may apply to orders over 60 NZD. Any applicable fees are covered by the addressee.

United States
All orders are shipped under DDP terms — we cover all duties and taxes.


Shipping & Production

All our items are made to order and fabrics is cut from bolt, so no returns and no exchange accepted.
Reshipping is available at the customer’s expense.

All LithuanianLinen home textiles are made to order, crafted especially for you.
Made-to-order items require a production lead time of 1–2 weeks.

All LithuanianLinen printed fabrics are made to order, we print everything in house, and require a production lead time of 3-7 working days

We ship to over 150 countries worldwide.
All orders are carefully packed and shipped directly from our studio in Lithuania.
